Le Miroir 8 bits est une installation compos\u00e9e d\u2019un \u00e9cran LCD orn\u00e9 d\u2019un cadre dor\u00e9.
\nCette pi\u00e8ce fonctionne sur le principe de r\u00e9flexion du miroir, confrontant une esth\u00e9tique classique, \u00e0 une technologie contemporaine.
\nLe Miroir 8 bits donne une repr\u00e9sentation, simplifi\u00e9e et \u00e9dulcor\u00e9e de la r\u00e9alit\u00e9, reprenant les codes visuels des jeux vid\u00e9o des ann\u00e9es 1980, les couleurs vives et les pixels apparents, qui font aujourd\u2019hui partie d\u2019un design graphique proche de la peinture.

\nThe Miroir 8 bits offers a simplified and toned down representation of reality by using the visual codes of video games from the 80\u2019s with their bright colours and visible pixels, which are today part of a graphic design closely related to painting.<\/em>
